Time Change Survival: Simple Fall-Back Mantras for Parent & Kids

Daylight savings (in this case FALL BACK) can be a tricky time for parents and kids! One way to help regulate our nervous systems and give us hope is to say affirming mantras. The sleepiness and crankiness won't last forever!!! We can also teach our kids simple mantras to help soothe their frustration as their bodies adjust to the time change. 

We've put together some mantras for parents...and if you keep scrolling...for your kids too!!!! In addition we've created a printable option so that you can print out each mantra individually and place it in a spot to remind you to take a breath and regulate yourself. You can print out the child friendly mantras too with their cute graphics and place them in your child's room or put them in binder to read together at night!
